We changed the landscaping slightly to insure that the water was going to stay on our property (lots of digging). We also had to seal a few holes with grout (the toughest was the one behind the electrical box). To insure that the support underneath the air-conditioner footings wouldn't was away, we put stone around it. We used the scrap stone on the lot and it actually came out looking quite nice.
Unfortunately, most of this work was in the Texas heat.
