The house did pass inspection on the second try and the occupation certificate was issued. This lets us call the city and get services such as electricity and gas.

The inspector has been working with this builder for a long time. Therefore, he let a couple of items go after he got the builder's promise on fixing them--they were relatively minor items such as painting the exposed PVC pipe.
